Description of the parts.
1. The longer casting bottle. Forms a 4-part casting bottle with a diameter of 6 cm (without segment divider) and a height of 7.2 cm. Suitable for e.g. casting of necklaces. Here mounted with 4 cylinder segments (a), segment divider (b), tensioning straps (c) and 3 hose cores (d).
2. The shorter casting bottle. Forms a 4-part casting bottle with a diameter of 6 cm and a height of 3.5 cm. Good to use for e.g. ring molding. Can be combined optionally with the longer bottle (1) or the lid (3). Mounted as the longer bottle, but with only a hose clamp around the strap.
3. Undivided lid. Diameter 6 cm and height 2.8 cm. Can be combined optionally with the MSC bottles. Has no seam, which puts together the lid and the bottom bottle. This makes it much easier when the lid is to be pulled straight up. Masking tape and straps (here fastened around the lid) are used instead. This strap can of course also be used to clamp together two 4-part bottles or other combinations you want to use.
4. Special screwdriver for the hose clamps. Probably the most used tool in the manufacture of the mold.
5. Stand plate in steel, 14 cm in diameter. Serves as a guide of the segments towards the middle when they are pressed together around the model. Marked with concentric circles, lines for the segments and segment numbers.
6. Cone, magnetic at the bottom and provided with a small tip at the top. Works partly as a stand for the model, which is pressed onto the tip (you may need to strengthen the bracket with a little model clay) and partly as a 'model' for a cast, especially important to have when casting in plaster. Can be placed anywhere on the tripod plate, as it is magnetic. Strong magnet made of neodymium, which makes it sit securely on the plate while compressing the segments.
7. Stand for arbitrary placement and orientation of the model. Equipped with several ball joints, adjustable screws and tweezers, which you fasten to the model. This stand also has a strong neodymium magnet in the base, so it sits firmly anywhere on the stand plate. Very valuable for more irregular shapes that can be difficult to orient with the magnetic cone. The stand can of course also be combined with the cone. The tweezers can be placed vertically above the model, which means that the sand segments can be brought together until the model is firmly seated in the bottle. Then the tweezers can be removed and the segments can be completely merged.
